Fish Rava Fry Recipe



 Ingredients
 
500 gm fish fillets

1 tsp chilli powder

1 tsp salt

20 gm tamarind pulp

1/2 tsp turmeric powder

1 tsp garlic paste

Rava (soojee), to coat fish

Oil to deep fry

Method
Marinate fish in chilli powder, salt, tamarind, turmeric and garlic for about 15 minutes.

Heat oil.

Dip fish in soojee to coat on both sides and deep fry till crisp and brown.

Serve hot.
